I really loved this book. Since the ending of book two, I’ve been waiting for this story. I wanted to see Presley get her HEA. She deserved one and Devney Perry delivered.
Shaw is so delicious. I loved their courtship, and how they cared so much for each other.
The continued plot and and secrets abound in this one, and I love the mix of suspense and danger from the MC clubs with the romance of each couple. I’ve really come to love this world.
Devney Perry has created a fantastic world, filled with so many characters I love. This audiobook was another must listen.

f: Presley (27)
m: Shaw (34)
(Dual POVs)
At first, Presley is not a happy camper that Shaw is in town. She knows he’s in town to shoot a movie based off of the town’s murder from a few years back and she’s very protective over her found family at the Clifton Forge Garage. They sort of make an unspoken truce because both of them want the movie to be portrayed accurately and unbiasedly.
Shaw is not your average movie star. I felt like he appreciates his wealth, as he didn’t always have it. He uses it to provide for his family members and others who are important to him, making sure they won’t have to struggle financially for certain things, such as putting money away for all of his niece’s college funds. I absolutely swooned over his protectiveness and even his little bit of jealousy over him wanting to be the one to comfort Presley when she’s upset. Not to mention, he’s a man that’s willing to make sacrifices for his woman! Sign me up!
I wasn’t too impressed with Shaw’s groveling. Presley puts up a really good fight at first, but things get a little thrown off track, making Shaw get off a little easily in my opinion. I personally would have appreciated the tension between them being drawn out a little bit longer, but I like the men to have to work for forgiveness

“She was a little thing, probably just over one hundred pounds, but damn, she was a force.”
What a great addition to the Tin Gypsy Series!! Stone Princess follows the story of Shaw and Presley. Now, if you’ve been following this series like I have, then you’ve been dying to get your hands on Presley’s story like I have been. And let me tell you, Presley’s story does not disappoint.
When we first dive into Stone Princess, we see that Presley’s world has been turned upside down. On the day of her wedding, Presley’s fiance leaves her at the alter, totally heartbroken. Humiliated by the rumors of her small town, Presley takes every chance to hide from the world. Her job is anything but glamorous, but it’s hers. All is going to plan, until Shaw Valance blows into town. Shaw is a famous Hollywood actor who is staring in a film based on Clifton Forge’s most infamous murder. Presley immediately decides she doesn’t like him and isn’t about to let his smile and smooth talking change her mind. Presley can’t wait for the day that Shaw leaves town, but life has other plans in store for them….
Overall, I thought that Stone Princess was a really good read. It sucks you in from the very first page and before you know it, you’ll find that you’ve devoured the entire book. As I previously stated, I had been dying to get my hands on Presley’s story and I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. I mean, if anyone deserved a happily ever after, it was Presley. Presley’s life had been anything but picture perfect, and when she thought she finally found her happy, the rug was ripped out from under her. My heart broke for our jilted bride, Presley and I could definitely see how she earned the name Stone Princess. Presley became more protective and guarded with her heart. When Shaw enters the picture, there is just something about him that pulls Presley in. These two couldn’t be more opposite, but they totally made it work. I loved that Shaw wasn’t your typical movie star. Sure he was cocky and a total smooth talker. But, he had a big heart and wasn’t afraid to after what he wanted. Together these two burned up the pages together and kept me begging for more.
Stone Princess is a fantastic story from beginning to end. The characters are amazing and just so easy to connect with. I loved the plot and couldn’t wait to see how it would all come together. This story had steam. It had romance. It had suspense and some surprising twists and turns. All in all, a fabulous read and great addition to this series. I can’t wait to see what adventure this author has in store for us next!

3.75/5 stars.
I have to say that I am a little disapointed with this book. I was iffy in the beginning with the premise itself, but it could have been so well done. There were just choices in here that I didn't like much.
I didn't care for how that third-act break-up went AT ALL (it could have been done sooo much better) and then the random time jump and Presley's relationship with Luke just confused me more than anything. And it only lasted like two or three chapters, so I didn't really see the point in all of it. Presley forgave Shaw wayyyyy to easily in my opinion. The plot all together just seemed really jumbled and thrown together and didn't really make sense linearly. There wasn't any build-up to the final "twist," and it was like it was just thrown in there at the last second to have background for Scarlett's book (which I am actually really excited for I hope it doesn't let me down).
There were parts of this book that I did really like. I did like PResley and Shaw as a couple and how safe they felt with each other. I am a sucker for the "I have never told anyone this but I want to tell them" trope. And Shaw was really fucking funny. I also loved seeing all the side characters, and see the past couples together and happy made me so happy.

This was a masterpiece.
I loved Pres sass and spunk. I loved Shaws charisma. I think they worked super well together. This book did a really good job of guiding my emotions. When they had their banter, it was funny and I would laugh. When the tensions were high, I felt stressed. When everything worked out, I was happy. Devney did a really good job of that. There are still questions left unanswered, but this romance got the rollout it deserved.
