This was terribly amazing and I’m in love with it and cringing at the same time and I don’t know how to feel but all I know is that I literally love Maggie and West so much but also literally gagged at some of the things he said to her LMAO
Wow I did not expect to like this as much as I did! I picked up Abbi Glines’ Until Friday Night on a whim and man I got sucked in!
Following the dual perspectives of West and Maggie, this novel centres around American high school, football, family and friendships. But most of all, it is a story about grief and love, how grief can change you, how to cope with grief, and how to help the ones you love in hard situations. While, yes, the romance is a tad cheesy, it was fueled with hard-hitting issues, some of which I found refreshing for a new adult romance. I also listened to the audiobook for most of this, and enjoyed the narration. I would recommend if you’re a fan of the genre and are craving a heart wrencher.

Such a beautiful story. I love stories that start off becoming friends and falling in love it just melts my heart. These two are meant to be together and nothing should come between them ever.
this is my favorite series from abbi glines. I love the field house series. this series has everything I like to read in a ya, highschool, sports and romance. this story is very well rounded and written for a fast read. I clear this book and the second in just one night. I do wish there was another to curb my reading for this series, but we will have to wait and see. this book is a very good addition to any sports romance reads collection.

This is my first read from this author and I went into it blind. Based on the name and the cover I wasn’t expecting a story with this much emotion and story to it. I was pleasantly surprised.
