This is SUCH a good read for anyone in healthcare. it’s witty and insightful and infuriating and so timely with its commentary on healthcare as a business. I listened to it in one sitting thinking that I wouldn’t love it but could not stop. It’s funny and crass at times but those stories felt so important to the heavy nature of the book. Very entertaining and still informative
