I credit this book as the start of my witchy journey and getting in touch with my feminine energy and the cycles of my own body. I originally read this in 2015 when I was trying to fix my menstrual cycle after I lost it due to health problems and it came back irregular and with a vengeance. But it was so formative in learning about my own body, how it works, and all the other things I wasn't taught growing up in a strict religious setting.

I thought it was great! It had a lot of useful information and quick tips on how to balance your hormones.
Highly recommend it

While this book has helped me SO MUCH to understand by body and hormones, and I have a sticky note on almost every page, the amount of self promotion ruined the vibe. I understand she runs a business, but for three whole chapters, plus the last two, all she talked about was how great she is and how successful her program is. Like, you don’t need to talk about it, just prove it with the method you’re supposed to be writing about.
