Okay what a wild ride! This was so fast-paced and fun. And suuuuuuch a perfect wrap-up to this series and to the gang. Bawled my eyes out at the end. I just love these characters sooo much. Maggie Stiefvater's writing is so good.

I wasn't obsessed with this trilogy as a whole but these characters will always be so special to me.

Long, messy, convoluted final book in this series with far too many characters and a new villain that comes in too late for me to care.

Probably my favorite Stiefvater to date! Just so good.

I really like the Lynch brothers and how the story came together.

this book, similar to the others in the series and also the companion raven cycle books, can be a bit esoteric. something about them is at once confusing and straightforward. the characters are well-developed. i especially enjoyed learning more of the lynch family’s history. i’m a fan of this author - she writes beautifully, but if you’re looking to try her out, i’d recommend ‘the scorpio races’ as a better introduction to her style.

It’s the end of an era!
Finished this audiobook a couple hours before going to see Maggie Stiefvater in St Paul! Maggie was awesome, very entertaining and lovely to talk to.
I’ll definitely need to listen again, I catch so many more details the second time around with these books.
I’m sad it’s over, but what a ride!

i’m so so sad :( genuinely depressed these books are actually over :((( what a wonderful, whimsical series. only reason this isn’t 5 stars is bc the writing really started to pmo in this book/trilogy but goddam those endings really make up for it. i’m so sad there’s not gonna be any more of their adventures but so glad i got into this series. this was exactly what i needed. that being said u really have to love these characters to get thru this trilogy. the epilogue makes this struggling read worth it.

"on the seventh day, the lynch brothers discovered they were friends once more."

please nobody talk to me for the next, like, year while my brain melts and i reevaluate my life because of this book xx
