Delightful book. Takes you through a range of emotions but it’s quite sweet. The epilogue is the cherry on top!

Such a cute variation in my favorite sense. This story includes the possibility of how ELizabeth has to accept the proposal of Darcy in Kent on the request of her Father. All the while, Darcy is trying to decipher how she is not possible as in love with him as he is with her. It provides a very cute slice of life in a way to Pride and Prejudice. Probably will end up buying it on kindle.

Now here is a plot line that I thought was very believably executed and quite an interesting avenue with which to explore.

I was and still am completely and 100% for this version of Mr. Bennet. He’s a goddamned inspiration this man. Actually all of the characters were altered in their mannerisms of the original tale while still retaining the qualities that set them apart from others and that is what we call growth. It’s the best part of this story. I mean, Jane even had a backbone! I never thought I’d see it but it exists and it’s wonderful!

This is very much a story of growing affections and I think was tackled quite well. Even though the end fell a little short I think in comparison with everything that led up to it, as a whole I think it was well done.

Meh. Just so-so. Fun P&P fluff, but nothing extraordinary.
