Introspective, yes. Interesting, yes. Funny, no. I love celebrity memoirs read by the author but this one’s landed at the bottom of my pile. It sounded like it would be a blend of dark humor but that was not my experience, despite expecting to connect to the topics.

Pretty sad and difficult content. I listened to her narrate her own audiobook which I thought was nice. Enjoyed her writing style.

It's refreshing to read a book for yourself, and especially in a genre you never thought you'd read. I'm glad to say this might have given me the courage to seek out help and that slip ups aren't so bad that they're progressed, too.

Overall, it's a great book, and I love the insight. 10/10 book.

(I did mention in my notes of this book that it's weird reading this, and it's not fiction. That this actually happened to someone, if that makes sense. Maybe it's because I read a majority of fiction. But it opened my eyes a little too.)
