Just okay. I took some notes. There are some good ideas, but wasn't blown away.

This book changed my life.

This book is short and to the point; it gives very simple suggestions for improving health. I purposely started the year off reading this instead of making a list of "resolutions"- here are 65 easy suggestions instead. Many are things most of us already do/know. I think I can: smile, be positive, stand up straight, and avoid juicing without any big life adjustments. Next change? Get a flu shot!

A quick skim was all I felt this book needed. I picked up a few pointers (ask the green grocery clerk which produce is fresh that day), but most of the book was old news.

Good info, yes, but little that was new to me.

Terrific and inspiring. Quick read.

This book had lots of practical advice and the author kept it short and sweet thus making it an easy read.

Concise things to do and reasons why. Short and to the point. Some surprised me!
