This is a well written story of family, loyalty, sacrifice and love. I loved how the author was able to capture the dynamics of the family. She showed them as flawed and realistic. I really liked most of the characters (Hank and Geraldine I could not stand lolol). Even though the story is less than 300 pages it flows and gives you a lot of content.
