Every time ARR releases a new Until book, I'm convinced that couple is my favorite... until the next book! This series is one of my favorites, and no matter how many books it ends up being, I'll keep reading.
Bax and Olivia are such a cute couple, I've been waiting for Bax's book since Talon and Mia, and I'm glad Talon got in some "I told you so" moments. Bax, much like all the Mayson men, is an Alpha male through and through.
After Bax's best friends sister, Olivia, moves back to town and right next door to Bax crazy things start happening. Of course, being a Mayson Bax jumps into protection mode and has to come to terms with his feelings for his best friends little sister.
This book did not disappoint! The only thing I'm sad about is that the only Mayson second generation left to get their Boom is Nalia, so I hope ARR decides to do the third generation!

Bax runs into his best friend’s little sister, Olivia, for the first time in years and he is instantly smitten. The only problem besides the age gap, is that she’s his best friend’s little sister. Olivia has had a crush on Bax since forever so when they end up living next door to each other Bax has tried hard to fight his attraction for Olivia for the sake of his friendship. But when Olivia is put in danger, Bax steps up to protect Olivia at all costs.
I loved this story. If you have read other Until books you know that “the boom” won’t be denied no matter how much you try to fight it. This one is a little different because Bax fights, even though he is very aware of it, for the sake of his friendship. I loved the way Olivia is determined to stand up for herself but she does understand when she is really in danger. I also loved the way Bax handled things with his friend and didn’t let his reaction keep Bax from being with Olivia. Bax and Olivia make a great couple and this is a great instalove story with spice and a splash of mystery and danger. Another great installment in the Until Series.

Happy dance!!! I am so excited to get Bax’s story. Bax and Olivia’s story lives up to every expectation I had and then completely surpasses them. Three sentences into the book, I was completely entrenched and engrossed in the Mayson world. There were so many old friends. I think I may have been smiling the entire time I read this book! The mystery is a total mystery right up until the very end - I kept guessing and I never got it right. I love this book and I can’t wait to read it again and again. I’m so excited (and sad) for Nalia’s story. Aurora Rose Reynolds books are ALWAYS worth the wait!
