This is the 14th book in the Until Him/Her series, but this was my first book from this series. Bax is our nice guy who is approached and hugged in the bar by a very attractive woman, imagine his surprise when he realizes it’s his best friend’s sister. So although he was attracted to her nothing can happen. This becomes even harder when she moves into the house next door to him staying with her traveling nurse friend who is never home. I loved how Bax was such a caregiver to Olivia. She was torn about being back in her small hometown and with mysterious things happening around her it was great to lean and depend on Bax. This was a very sweet story with some steam and a little mystery.

I don't know about you guys, but I live for the BOOM, so when I see Aurora Rose Reynolds has a new book coming out, I've got to get my greedy hands on it. And let me tell you, this book did not disappoint....
If there's one thing for certain, it's that I love a good forbidden romance, and this one was right up my alley. With the perfect blend of chemistry, steam, and suspense, Until Bax checked off all of my boxes. The romance was oh-so-sweet, leaving me begging for more, while the suspense had me questioning everything and kept me on my toes.
If you're looking for a well-written, instalove romance with unforgettable characters who will steal your heart and fight for what matters, you won't want to miss Until Bax.

I love it so much when the characters feel that immediate “boom” especially when it comes from this particular author since the term basically originated from her! In Bax’s situation, his boom is causing some problems for him. He didn’t know at the time when he first heard and saw the stunning woman across the room, but that woman was his best friend’s little sister, Olivia or specifically, Oli the one that would follow the two of them around all the time when they were much younger. That Oli that is now considered off limits. Unfortunately for him, Olivia is now home for good after being away for the past eight years and even worse, she will be temporarily living next door to him so the “out of sight, out of mind” will not work for him. And as much as he tells himself that he needs to stay away, it does not last long at all. Weird and dangerous things starts happening to and around Olivia pretty quickly. Bax’s feelings towards Oli was way beyond friendship, or best-friend’s little sister, or childhood friend, he was feeling protective, possessive and was all in. But there were complications that stood in the way, mostly his reputation and how Liam, Bax’s best friend and Olivia’s brother would take it. But in the end, these two are meant to be and both fight for one another. Absolute perfection!
I always know going in reading a book by this author that I will love it and Until Bax definitely delivered. This was another must read and a 5-star read for sure.

Bax might come of as hesitant to date his best friends little sister, but it was oh so very easy for these two to fall in love. She doesnt need a hero, but its very nice to have someone else looking out for her safety when strange things suddenly starts happening to her.
You can never go wrong when picking up a ARR-book, and I love seeing these finding their happy!
