Holy moly. 4.5 stars out of 5 for me! I’ve just recently been dipping my toes back into romance and this book might have sent me straight off the romance cliff! Definitely dark and SPICY (a multitude of different explicit scenes). I would say I’m still knew in reading this genre but I thoroughly enjoyed the plot and the main characters. The cliffhanger at the end will have you picking up the next book in the series!

But I’m completely over the glorification of rich people. I didn’t like how her friends and roommates were written as jealous and jerks. It was not the vibe. Idk if I’ll read the second part.

It hooked me from the very beginning and like most reviews say, it’s pretty predictable however I couldn’t put it down. Super easy and quick, short read.
It wasn’t great, it wasn’t horrible. Very predictable and Tessa was annoying af. Also, ZERO lead up to them doing the dirty. I know he’s a playboy and all that, but girl has no backbone.
This is the kind of dark romance spicy books I think I’ll like. It was the perfect little palette cleanser after a heavy fantasy book and a super quick read! DNF @ 80% once I realized it was a three book dependent series. I have no interest in reading the other two and satisfied with reading spoilers and getting an idea of the conclusion.
