Cross My Heart was such an interesting read. Tessa is at Oxford looking to find justice for her sister Wren (tw:

) who was attacked during her time at Oxford. It's a story full of mystery, secret societies, and a lot of spice. The story ends on a HUGE cliffhanger (I almost tossed my Kindle) but all 3 books in this trilogy are out already. What are you waiting for??? ADD THIS TO YOUR TBR.

Tessa enrolls at Ashford College in order to solve the mystery behind her sister's death and seek justice for her. Mysterious letters begin to appear, presenting her with a trail to pursue in search of the answers she seeks. Tessa is all of a sudden thrust into a dangerous environment and the center of an exclusive secret society. Not to add, she continues running into her charming Professor and finds herself falling more and more in love with him. She is unsure of what she is getting into and who she can trust. She may have to sacrifice her safety in order to exact revenge, but she won't let that deter her.
 
I was fully absorbed in this story.  This is a fast-paced, dark academia book that will hook you from the first chapter. Saint and Tessa have incredible chemistry together! The plot is really incredible, and this book includes some of the most exciting, spicy scenes I've ever read. Highly recommended
