Story-wise, this novel was...okay. Plot-wise, there wasn't much going on other than, well, spicy moments. Even though our main FMC was focused on finding out things that had happened to her sister, our FMC keeps directing herself away from that path. Our MMC is complicated. I liked his written sections far more than I like the FMC. I was turned off by the FMC's thought process and just her character in general. Otherwise, I liked the setting, and sorta coulda lived without reading this novel. It tries to be an Academia, gothic novel, but it's just straight up p*rn with a little sprinkle of mystery.
3.5 ⭐️; Solid story, good mcs, very abrupt but enticing cliffhanger. Overall I enjoyed this read. While it was slightly predictable, I was looking for a shorter, sexy story that I could breeze through and it was perfect for that! And Saint is

I'm slightly embarrassed that I actually really enjoyed this spicy academia romance. The only thing I will say is that whoever edited this book should be shot (if it was, in fact, edited). There were some grammatical errors and some places where the flow was stilted. Perhaps it is just the Kindle Unlimited verison where this is an issue, but if so, it needs to be remedied.
I'll post a little longer review later. I have to start the sequel immediately.

Ok this book could have gotten to 4 if there weren’t so many damn typos. I’m usually not one to point something like this out but it distracted me a few time trying to stay hooked on the story. I may have just gotten an early print so I’m hoping the kindle version is all fixed.
Story wise I actually did enjoy it. When I got this book I didn’t know it would have mystery thrown in but loved that it’s actually a good spicy book with decent plot. You don’t find that very often.
Overall I liked this book and of course it ends on a spoiler so I must continue on.

Not sure yet! The romance was super slow, then all of a sudden they couldn’t live without each other. She was making a game of being hard to get, then all of a sudden she agrees to move in.
