Redeemed itself from a 3.5 to a 3.75 because of the plot twist. Great to see so much diversity but parts just felt a little off. Didn't really like the plot with Logan and it felt a bit overdone with all the girls having *moments* with him. The Jordan plotline was kinda weird but i understand the point it was trying to make. Still a good book though

My full review can be found on the Epilie Aspie Chick blog!

This book is really sneaky in the way it makes you think it's about friendship, but it's about more than that. It's about how the moments in our lives fundamentally change who we are. Did you rise above the challenges in your way or cower in fear of them? Are you capable of accepting feedback or make others feel inferior for trying to give it? Each moment may seem small, but they add up quickly.

This was very sweet and I LOVE seeing women support each other. But the voices do not feel different from each other.

I really enjoyed the premise of this book: it starts with a woman preparing to be sworn into presidency, drops a few hints about her life, and then jumps back in time to the senior year of high school for 4 best friends, not telling us which one is the future president. I most enjoyed CJ's story, and a close second was Ava's story. I felt like we didn't get enough Martha and Jordan's whole storyline was a bit odd.

I'm giving this 3.5 stars. I feel like I would've enjoyed it a little more if I was younger, but it was still cute. I felt like i got a little bored at times and rushed through it just to finish. But it had a very cute ending!

This book got me out of a massive reading slump. It's lighthearted, positive and easy to read... perfect if you're a bit stuck.
