Yes I’ve seen the movie and while it was a great modern adaptation, the book is so much better. This is the first Nicholas Sparks novel I’ve read and I’m just so sorry it’s taken me so long to read him.
He weaved a beautiful story and I could so easily picture everything unfolding in my mind. This is a great love story for the ages. The lessons given are timeless as is the love of Jamie and Landon. This is the type of love that I think most of us strive for. That selfless, never-ending kind of love.

I loved this book! Nicholas Spark has a talent on portraying teenage love in a way doesn't involve in physical intimate actions but rather thoughtful gestures. You can really see how the character develops overtime as you read the book.

It's my first time reading a book by Sparks, and definitely, this won't be the last. I try my best not to cry but I guess, I'm really into the story that I can't help it. I really have no interest on reading this book since I've watched it in the movie, but I guessed I should be thankful that I read it. I really really love Landon and Jamie ever since I learned this story, and I know that, the love they had was one of the best example of love. Even they're too young, I'm about their age , they proved that once you fall in love, that will be big time and really hard. And truly, love is for all ages.

I rated this book highly because the audiobook was so good (Frank Muller). Probably wouldn’t be as impactful if I read it physically.
