AAAAAAA I LOVE THIS BOOK SM
The characters are as amazing as ever, and even Celadon got his own POV) We got some new characters, an closer look on some from previous books, bringing MORE QUEER REP which was very well done. So happy to see an ace character as well as a character who uses neopronouns. Both the romances are perfections (especially Arlo and Nausicaä, let’s be honest here) and I was dying from cuteness while reading it. The author definitely didn’t make it easy for the characters, and I feel terrible to see how broken they are, the ending taking it to the whole new level.
There were so many amazing plot twists that I didn’t see coming, and I have no idea on how the characters (esp Arlo) will get out of the Solstice situation from the rest of the book. I really didn’t expect it to end like it did, and I’m afraid more tragedy will follow in the next books.
The only thing is that I feel like this book could’ve been shorter.
Can’t wait for book 3 and DEFINITELY recommend you all tor read this series!
