lighthearted medium-paced

A wonderful series. Keeps getting better and better.

Read in 2006

This is the third book in Macomber's Cedar Grove series that continues following the lives of a group of residents of the town.

The best thing I can say about these books is that they are unobjectionable. They aren't deep or funny or emotionally compelling. They are just nice little romance novels that are forgettable almost as quickly as you read them.

Readable, but a bit too sentimental for me in the usual way of things. I've got tonsilitis though, so it pretty much did everything that I wanted it to! I've got another Cedar Cove on the shelf, so I may well read that next and hope it makes me feel better!

Another good book in the Ceres we finally get some resolution with Jack and Olivia. Grace still is a screw up as usual and we definitely see a lot more character development with Marion and John and over other characters itll be interesting to see how this proceeds and what happens with Bob Belden. Also it was nice to see Cecilia back in the books after an absence in the 1st 2. Hopefully we see more of her and Ian's character development as well

Quick review- this series is getting better and better with each installment. I loved this book series go read it.

Another fun story about Cedar Cove.

I couldn't get into this book at all; I disliked most of the characters and their poor decisions and/or pig headed stubbornness.

And what was with Macomber's decision to misspell all the words starting with "terr"- terrier became Terier, terrible became Terible, territory became Teritory.... it really, really bothered me. She either can't spell or her editors let it slide.
