This was so fun! It kept me entertained and I wanted to know what happened(we don’t find out in this). I just found all the drama of the romantic relationships and everything so entertaining. Also I have a hunch about something so we shall see. This honestly isn’t that amazing, but it’s fun and entertaining and I ate it up.

While this book was a fun fast paced page turner it still feels like this isn't the right genre for me anymore. I had plenty of emotions reading it and at the end it became a nail biter. Sara Shepard knows how to craft a book that will keep you hanging in your seat but ultimately I do not like the world it's set in. Every one is rich, everyone gets what they want, it's a perfect neighborhood until this one traumatic event happens and that seems to be the majority of her novels. I knew who the author was after reading the summary. nothing against her by its growing old in me. I still can't wait to finish the next book in line. I'm sure it will be just as perfectly thrilling.

Maybe edging up to 3.5 stars the longer I think about it.

All the fun and camp and mischief and murder and deviousness of Pretty Little Liars, but without the stretch of a series that's too long. A rockin' good time.

Sara Shepard did it again. Here's another whodunnit novel with juicy scandals and gritty gossips about the perfect lives of five perfect girls from Beacon Heights. The story is reminiscent of the Pretty Little Liars series, but Shepard has developed a wider scope of characters - a sleazy teacher with a hidden agenda, and a therapist who stalked his patient, among others. It was impressive how Shepard boldly portrayed the lives of the high school students, and how the partying and drugs scene was not a secret. I found it refreshing that the 'mean girl' character is a boy in this novel, and we are treated to how manipulative and scheming the most popular, wealthy boy in Beacon Heights can be. Kudos to Shepard for another brilliant read!

Very entertaining fast paced teen thriller although with cliche drama, genetic baddies and similarities to PLL. Look forward to conclusion, haven't guessed the real killer but I have the Julie/Parker thing.

I don't have much to say, except that I loved it much more than Pretty Little Liars!
