Okokok, so I didn’t not go into this realizing it was a paranormal romance. I saw snips and everyone recommending it, and holy moly I was not disappointed. These guyssssss, I have so many feelings, I love the hallows fest and seeing all these different groups coming together to celebrate their weirdness together.

“she called herself a ghost. but i was the one who was going to haunt her.”

DNF @ 20%

This felt like it was always on the cusp of getting good, so I’d try another chapter to see if it was the turning point and if I’d all of a sudden get sucked in. I didn’t make it there in the 20% I read before coming to the reviews and finding out the beginning is supposedly the good part. I think it’s best I bow out early.

I have been itching to write this review. I definitely wanted to DNF this book half way through but my stupid OCD brain doesn't let me! I kept thinking, the truth of what Blythe is better be worth it at the end...but it wasn't!! The big reveal at the end was so weird and messy and rushed and it just didn't make sense to me. I will NOT be continuing the series.

And the sex...I can't. Ames/Ghost (one of the MMC) transforms into his true self which is a 8 foot tall demon while inside her! How does he not kill her?!!! I know these books are fantasy but COME ON!! I need the sex to be somewhat believable or else its just cringe

*Insta-lust* is definitely a major trope at the beginning of this story. It definitely hooked me from the start.
*Why choose* is also a major trope in this story.

This story is about Blythe who is on the run going town to town/state to state running from her past "demons." She ends up traveling to a city where Halloween is celebrating BIG TIME. They have a festival that is a month long and is masquerade themed.

Blythe tends to be very paranoid and is constantly worrying that someone she's on the run from will find her. She ends up becoming more comfortable in this Halloween town and meets Ames, Onyx and wolf which are the towns beloved bad boys.

This book had me holding me on edge some of the time with the suspense and mystery that is also involved in the story.

This book was so spicy but also had a really good plot, I enjoyed it!

Interesting concept where a newcomer to a small town learns the secrets kept there by the townspeople and the Halloween Boys. Will be interesting to see where this goes with the other characters, more than just Ghose and Blythe. Paranormal romance, lots of spice.

Expected nothing and was shocked how much i liked every charakter in this book. Read it on halloween so maybe the vibe was what got me.

Ghost is a fantastic cozy spooky Halloween why choose paranormal romance.

Blythe is on the run from a stalker step dad (not the fun fictional romance kind). She makes it to Ash Grove. A small little weird town…imagine Stars Hallow but make it spooky goth and it’s obsessed with Halloween. There she comes across a group of guys who are more than meets the eyes…

Ghost is triple fudge cherry on the top book boyfriend material

This book scratched an itch for me that I cant even explain. If you love spooky but cozy reads this one is for you. The nostalgic feel of old Halloween when you’re a kid is exactly how this book made name feel…besides, ya know, the whole fucking a demon thing.

This fat, forever goth, queer bitch absolutely loved everything about this book. The end even made me tear up a bit. I can’t wait for Dragon’s story

This started out really good and intriguing. It did become pretty cheesy and a little goofy quickly, though lol. I guess I just prefer my dark romances more dark
