I read 8 of the stories in this anthology. They were quick reads with variations on the Daddy Dom theme. Some were sweet, steamy, sexy, and involved spanking. Some were more intense than others. Below are the books that I read and reviewed.

Trust Daddy by Pepper North
4 stars
Samantha and Blake recognized from the very beginning that they had a connection. Each filled a need in the other. Blake had been looking for his LG. Samantha did not realize she needed to be a LG. An Insta romance that led to an HEA.

Chef Daddy Golden Angel
3 stars
An Interesting perspective of a D/s relationship. Saul and Vicky had already established a D/s relationship, but Saul had been a Daddy Dom before meeting Vicky. I think Vicky was indecisive about being a LG. The story ended with an HEA, but left me wondering if Saul and Vicky were actually going to pursue a Daddy Dom/lg relationship.

Bestseller by Delta James
5 stars
The path this story too was completely unexpected as well as intriguing. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. I didn't know how Sage could stand to put up with Gail. When Roark entered the picture, all bets were off. Roark and Sage end up with their HEA. This book was a quick read that held my attention from the first to last page.

Daddy's Little Bride by Laylah Roberts
4 stars
Clint and Charlie finally tie the knot. A sweet romantic story about friends, family, support, and no judgment. It can be read as a standalone, but it may make you want to read about the other couples on the ranch. This also gives a hint as to who will be a part of Linc's story.

Daddy's Little Patient by Maren Smith
3 stars
A sweet story. Cole and Kelly are early in their relationship. It seemed as though Kelly had some issues she needed to deal with that were affecting her relationship. I am not sure why she told the hospital what she did about Cole. She could have identified him with a different relation to her. I didn't feel much chemistry between the two of them. It was an ok read.

Mastering Little Molly by Allie Bell
3 stars
Wow. This tale took an unexpected turn. I don't know why I didn't anticipate the Daddy Dom, but based on the beginning of the book, I just didn't expect it. I do wonder if Little Molly ever finished law school. I am sure she got more than she expected from Rawhide University.

The Daddy Rumor by Stella Moore
3 stars
This was an ok story. Ethan and Izzy had to come to a meeting of the minds. Ethan had to accept his attraction to Izzy, This book didn't make me feel anything one way or another. It wasn't bad, yet it wasn't memorable either.

Her Navy SEAL ex by RJ Gray
3 stars
Bri was irritating throughout almost the entire been book. Behaving the way she did while peoples lives were on the line was a major turnoff. I did feel for her considering that she was so accomplished, yet so insecure. I didn't feel much of anything about Max and Bri's relationship. This was a fast paced read with a pinch of excitement.

Sugar Princess by Nicolina Martin
3.5 stars
A Russian mafia Daddy Dom short tale. Misha really came in and took over Carrie's life. There was also the mafia protection back story that made this a bit more interesting. I would give this 3.5 stars.

I voluntarily read and reviewed the Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

Wish they were longer...

But that just means they were that good. And they saved my favorite for last. Renee and Vanessa’s double wolf daddies were sexy hot, protective and caring.

This review is only based on my reading of the stories included here. I haven't read all of the stories in the anthology and can't review them. Trust Daddy -Although this story was a little more age play than I normally go for, the characters were absolutely charming. Who wouldn't want a Daddy like Blake? Chef Daddy - A couple, already in a D/s relationship come to accept how their relationship should be. Excellent read. Bestseller - Daddy Dom meets Twilight Zone. Interesting and original but didn't do it for me. Daddy's Little Bride - A wonderful story from an author that I'm going to have to read more from. Daddy's Little Patient - A vignette of a relationship as it morphs into something more. Great read that gives the reader a lot in a such a short story. Mastering Little Molly - Considerably more age play than I normally read and not really to my taste. The Daddy Rumor - After a rocky start I really enjoyed this story. The relationship between Ethan and Isabella is wonderful with plenty of sass. Her Navy Seal Ex - Wonderful second chance story with two strong characters. Possibly my favourite. Sugar Princess - I wasn't looking forward to this story. I've only read one other thing from this author and didn't like it. However, this surprised me. It was great. I loved the characters

Another anthology. Lesson obviously wasn't learned, but reading this one was a more positive than negative experience.

Let's get a move on these individually in order presented in the book, then rate the collection as a whole. And y'all, this one is a beast to work through if you're determined to read them all.

Daddy's Little Bride- Laylah Roberts : 3.5⭐︎
SpoilerThis first story is cute. Age play is involved (including butt stuff) and an illness vs. wedding plot. It's fine. Nothing spectacular, pretty generic from what I've seen of the genre so far, but it wasn't a chore to read either.

The Signing- Maggie Ryan : 4⭐︎
SpoilerCute and sweet second chance romance. Daddy kink, no age play elements in this one. Story of a lawyer-turned-author with a rather unbelievable conflict, but whatever. It worked.

Mastering Little Molly- Allie Belle : 1.5⭐︎
SpoilerOof. This one felt icky and very non-con, which totally doesn't fly in a d/s story for me. Was made worse by last minute, "but secretly she really wanted it," justifications. And the whole concept of this "university" made me head tilt. Along with the 1940s' ideas about marijuana. Say what now?

Something About Loren- M. A. Innes : 4.5⭐︎
Spoiler The real stars of this anthology are the m/m stories. They were all consistently high quality and lacking the ick that is really common in het d/s stories.

This one was really cute and sweet, a getting into age play story, by the same author of My Cameron, another story I really enjoyed. Loren is a game developer who focuses on childrens' games, and he also loves to collect and play with toys. His boyfriend, Gordon, has been acting really weird lately, and he's not sure what's up. The truth surprises him more than his suspicions.

Trust Daddy- Pepper North : 2⭐︎
SpoilerI think I have to accept that Pepper North isn't for me. This one felt too rushed and bordered into ick territory for me. DD/LG stories too often give off the feeling of "great! we met each other and are meant to be....let's see how many things I can stick up yo' butt." More erotic, less romance. I did enjoy that the LG is an older woman and her daddy is in his 30s.

I'm really not feeling copaganda these days either, so that definitely influenced my feelings about it.

Daddy's Baby Girl- Meredith O'Reilly : 1.5⭐︎
SpoilerClunky prose, grammar issues, and not sure we had to work a DD/LG story into an alien abduction. Not a lot of thought was given to the logistics of an 8'2" protagonist with a 5'5" woman. Super contemporary language and human references used for the "aliens" and their society. Did not enjoy this one. Felt a lot like, "I have these 9 ideas and want to use them all at once rather than choose and edit." Diapers and forced age play. Baby development that didn't make a lot of sense, like how can she swallow but not speak. Magic, apparently. Terrible villain that didn't have a lot of thought put into that scenario or why he would have been sided with, given what's known about his species and humans.

I dunno. She tried, I guess. And I've found a new not-for-me author.

Daddy's Office Temp-tation- Aubrey Cara : 2⭐︎
SpoilerToo non-con, sex negative, and humiliation kink for my tastes. Totally not for me. Daddy kink, no age play.

Sugar Princess- Nicolina Martin : 4.5⭐︎
SpoilerDaddy kink, no age play. I *swear* I've read the first chapter of this story before. It kept screaming at me that I know it. Princess themed bookstore and cafe. Bratva. Daddy dom.

Reed- Rayanna Jamison and Allysa Hart : 3.5⭐︎
SpoilerDaddy kink with focus on punishment, no age play. Cute enough, and relationship started before they realized their power imbalance. College professor and student. Seems to be part of a series, but stands alone just fine. Most of this one was spent with Reed's putting things on pause after finding out she's his student. There was some concern about the ethics of the relationship, even if it does ultimately move forward.

Best Seller- Delta James : 3⭐︎
SpoilerSurprising, this was almost a 4 star for me; I actually really enjoyed the storyline/premise. This is likely the only time this will happen with her work for me, a rating above 2 stars.

However.

Knocked back down for DJ's usual non-con BS which doesn't jive with me, and the weird tilting at straw feminists. She obviously doesn't earnestly talk to many, or she'd know a lot of us are way into kink: there's nothing sexier than a progressive dom.

Claiming Whisper- J.M. Dabney : 4⭐︎
Spoiler The most unique offering in this collection, and an interesting read.

FtM Little in his 30s with almost-50 Bear Daddy. Lots of body positivity in this one and funny hippie sex therapist mother and military father. (You'd be shocked how many kinksters there are in the military, and not the ways authors like to write about.) Was very clear about transitions between Little Time and adult sexy times. Daddy kink + age play.

Her Navy Seal- RJ Gray : 2⭐︎
SpoilerMilitary fap material. Second chance "romance." Reductionist worldview even after acknowledging some societal privileges. Daddy kink, no age play.

Not my cuppa.

Protecting Lu- Kara Kelley : 3⭐︎
SpoilerOK. This one is actually pretty cute, despite a couple ableist and fatphobic jokes right in the opening pages as an attempt to be...cutesy. Light Daddy kink with some spanking. Nothing too heavy here. CW: attempted child sexual assault and attempted forced prostitution.

Planet of the Daddies- Emily Tilton : DNFed, HARD
SpoilerChronological age of heroine doesn't matter if her stage of physical and mental development are being described like a 12-14 year old (and I have a 12 year old currently going through puberty, which made this one all the worse for me). "Her breasts are just budding but she's WINK WINK 18 WINK WINK." Hard. Pass. GROSS.

Daddy's Little Mermaid- Allysa Hart : 1.5⭐︎
SpoilerTried too hard to be cute and instead created super uncomfortable boundary and consent problems. Could be an interesting story if developed more in depth with more thought to it beyond, "Little Mermaid but with super naive Girl and Daddy Dom who isn't bothered enough by the ethics of what's going on here." Which Daddy absolutely needs to be thinking about, since he's Daddy.

Daddy kink with age play elements, but not actual age play.

Chef Daddy- Golden Angel : 4.5⭐︎
SpoilerEasily identifiable Paul Hollywood daddy kink fantasy, and I'm pretty here for it. Age play elements like coloring and stuffed toys, but no real age play involved. Some daddy kink and BDSM elements, including paddles and anal.

Fairly enjoyable story about a pastry chef who is spiraling into uncontrollable negativity that will destroy her life if it goes unchecked any longer. Chef Daddy BF steps up.

Kitten- Eden Bradley : 4⭐︎
SpoilerAge play, kitten play, and a lot of negotiations and discussion about obligations and behavior in a d/s relationship, including why submission is gifted and not forced or taken.

Chef Daddy by Golden Angel - A fantastic little story about a pastry chef and her Dom who has missed being a Daddy. She quickly realises she's into it.
Gym Bunny by Brianna Hale - A too short little story about a sub escaping an abusive BDSM relationship and finding herself and her Daddy at a BDSM run gym
Untamed by Rene Rose and Vanessa Vale - Cowboy. Shifter, Daddies. What more do you want, people?!

Dirty Daddies Anthology – I'm not saying I loved all of these equally, but the collection was totally worth what I paid for it! And I found some new authors! Happy Reading!

o Daddy’s Little Bride – Laylah Roberts – Clint and Charlie’s wedding planning was all going to plan until Charlie wears herself out and catches a cold. It’s up to her ranch family to save the wedding day! Happy Reading!

o The Signing – Maggie Ryan – When Savannah runs away from home to protect her boyfriend from a blackmailer, Jack decides that a year is long enough for them to be apart. When he shows up at her book signing, all bets are off! So cute! Happy Reading!

o Mastering Little Molly – Allie Belle – Molly needs someone to hold her accountable for her actions long enough to graduate from college. The freedom of dorm life went to her head, and it’s going to take a firm hand for her to graduate on time. So she enrolls in an unconventional college dorm, and finds something she didn’t even realize that she wanted. Happy Reading!

o Something About Loren – MA Innes – Sometimes I think writers have the best job because they get to bring two people together that are beyond adorable! But I want to know Dean’s story! Happy Reading!

o Trust Daddy – Pepper North – This one has a fairly rocky start, but this these two deserve to be happy together! Happy Reading!

o Daddy’s Baby Girl – Meredith O’Reilly – I’m just gonna say that this title could have been so much cooler. “I Thought We Could Make An Exception” made me giggle. Funky alien world building in this one. Happy Reading!

o Daddy’s Office Temp-Tation – Aubrey Cara – I’m thinking this is a short that fits into a bigger storyline because there is way too much contextual drama in this one for just a short. But Hayden may be in over her head getting revenge on her cheating ex with her new boss. Happy Reading!

o Sugar Princess – Nicolina Martin – I’m not really big of Mafia plotlines usually, but this was pretty good! Happy Reading!

o Reed: Daddy of the Month Club – Rayanna Jamison and Allysa Hart – You work in a college town, so you should never pick up strange women in bars if you are a professor. It’s like a guarantee from the universe that she will be in your class. I want to read the rest of this series now! Happy Reading!

o Best Seller – Delta James – So I have a couple of things -- Thing 1: Gail is trash (or any of those not nice words that you call women that I fundamentally disagree with until you get in a situation where you need a rude word to call a female person. I need the English language to make up some rude things to call women that don’t have long standing ties to patriarchal oppression. Sorry for this mid review rant on why I avoid using the word bitch in a negative way J). First of all, Nora Roberts is a formulaic writer, and that is why I love her. There is a predictable rhythm to her writing that is gratifying and comforting as a reader. So Gail is a an idiot because when Sage asks to write something different, Gail tells her she isn’t like Nora Roberts when that is really what Gail wants her to be (formulaic but wildly successful) because Gail is a mean, greedy cow who is only looking out for her own best interests. Thing 2: Delta James is a genius because she made me write an enormous rant about how much I hate her Mean Girl villain. Sage gets to live every writer’s dream, so I think this may be my fav story in the collection! Happy Reading!

o Claiming Whisper – JM Dabney— There is something really satisfying when writers create couples that are so comfortable together. I understand why people try matchmaking. Happy Reading!

o Her Navy Seal Ex – RJ Gray – They broke up 10 years ago, but they never really stopped loving each other. When his Doctor without Borders refuses to be evacuated during an insurrection, Max and his Navy SEAL team go to get her. Brianna may be a doctor, but she misses having the stability Max brought to her life. Now if they can just survive their reunion! Happy Reading!

o Protecting LU – Kara Kelley – Lots of intense action in this one! I’ve never read anything by Kara Kelley before, but that is the beauty of anthologies! Yeah for new authors! Happy Reading!

o Planet of the Daddies – Emily Tilton – Aliens make everything a little extra weird. I think this was the first thing I’ve read by this author too. Anthologies encourage explorations anyway! Happy Reading!

o Daddy’s Little Mermaid – Allysa Hart – I’m gonna argue that irresponsible mermaids should not be allowed to go on shore as humans with only a dog to give them advice lol. This one was funny! Happy Reading!

o Chef Daddy – Golden Angel – This one was a culinary masterpiece! Now I really really want a bacon chocolate chip cookie! Happy Reading!

o Kitten -- Eden Bradley – Sometimes the book universe really thinks that two people belong together! Such a cute second chance romance! Happy Reading!

o Surprise Play – Carly Marie – Football players. Now that is a surprise play! Love this one! Happy Reading!

o Daddy’s Little Girl – Felicity Brandon – This is an epilogue after a series, and I would recommend reading the series first. Kidnapping fantasies are not my usual cup of tea, but being in Sophie’s head is interesting! Happy Reading!

o Gym Bunny – Brianna Hale – They are vegan gym bunnies! I don’t know why that cracks me up so hard, but they are the cutest thing together! Happy Reading!

o Daddy’s Blessing – PD Carter – I always want to wrap the kids whose parents reject them up in bubble wrap! Asa is such a sweetheart! Happy Reading!

o Rescuing Hadley – Adaline Raine – Meet cutes should always include huskies! This is a sweet one! Happy Reading!

o Daddy’s Little Patient by Maren Smith – Kelly is little miss independent until she gets in a major car accident and needs her boyfriend to spring her from the hospital. They are both going to need the patience of saints to survive her having casts on both arms! Happy Reading!

o The Daddy Rumor – Stella Moore – The local gossip queen might be more than a sheriff wants to get involved with. When his worst fear is realized, do the two of them have the guts to fight for another shot? Well it wouldn’t be a HEA if they weren’t! Happy Reading!

Untamed – Renee Rose and Vanessa Vale – I really like when these two write together! This is a great shifter romance! Happy Reading!

Bestseller by Delta James was a Daddy Dom romance. I’m not a fan of this genre. I do love the authors writing. It was funny and I do believe that the story is probably a fantasy of the author LOL! I Loved the whole concept of a H character coming to life to take his woman in hand. I’m not a fan of anthologies. The story’s are too short for me. The author brought it home! I highly recommend.
