This book was exactly what I needed right now! The author hooked me by sharing a quote on TikTok and I immediately downloaded it on KU. I read it in less than a day. The writing wasn’t perfect and not my usual style, but it was an easy read and I really rooted for the couple!
Worth the read, but won’t be picking up the next book. It worked as a one off, despite being a series which I really appreciated. I didn’t mind the story, as predictable as it was but it definitely could’ve used some more angst. Any issues that arose were solved within a page or two. Don’t be afraid to break my heart!!!

Meh. Underdeveloped characters and a very basic plotline.
loved this!
So many reasons for this being such a good book! First of all I greatly appreciate the fact that there was actually song lyrics included so I didn’t have to try and come up with something in my head lol. The story line was amazing! The characters were amazing! Just overall a really good book! Finished it in one day and really enjoyed every second of it!

I read this all in one sitting. I'd been in a book slump for over a month and saw this book on booktok and was intrigued. I love the Rockstar tropes and this delivered with some beautiful lyrics included! I love so much the complex family relationships that lead to found family and changing your life course. I can't wait to see what more the author brings within this world.
oh man
This book was definitely worth the read. And it definitely struck home with the suicidal thoughts.
Absolutely will be rereading this when I need to feel something
