I enjoyed the book but still not sure how it was the best mystery since gone girl, I wanted to keep reading to know what happened but don’t think there was any really mystery to it,

This was one of the hardest reads of my life because it managed to bring me zero enjoyment what so ever. Finished it solely based on willpower which is never a good thing when it comes to books.

This book was really well written and tells a story of an abused family who were left to suffer when tied to their bedrooms. It deals with how life affects them through adulthood. Really enjoyed the different characters and finding how interactions with people can make your life better. Also how trauma can affect you and your relationships.
