Loved it! Great main characters as well as supporting characters. It was a fun read. There is light to medium angst to the story. Reese has never been serious with a woman and the guys comment on it in front of Dylan. She believes he is just out to have fun and she likes him but also tries to keep from falling for him and just enjoying the moment. This does come to a head and she pushes him away not knowing that she is the game changer for him. We do not get his pov but his actions do speak for themselves. It's the classic case of miscommunication. Despite this, I really enjoyed all the characters and I absolutely loved Reese.

A sexy and romantic read.
I got a bit annoyed with Dylan and Reese's actions and reactions in different situations but they really do seem like one of those perfect couples who really are perfect for each other.
Although Reese seemed to have the typical annoying alpha male attitude sometimes, he was also very, very sweet and so romantic a lot of the time. It was interesting and kind of different to read a story where the man wants more and the woman doesn't.
I also loved the unique card game mentioned in this book and played by Reese and Dylan that was creative and hot!

Am I reading the same book as these other folks? Like seriously, I have seen nothing but good reviews on this book (well, series... actually, author) but I am just disappointed. Maybe because of all the good reviews, I assumed that I would be blown out of the water with how amazing this was. Sadly that was not the case...
First, why the hell is Dylan all slap happy around Reese? I don't like it at all. It's not funny. It's not empowering for women. I don't really know why all of them are in there. I can see it happening once.. maybe but not multiple times.
Second, I didn't really feel like there was a real connection or a strong connection between Dylan and Reese. There was a connection but not strong enough for a lasting relationship.
I don't really have too much to say about it... Mainly because I was left feeling just sort of... blah once I finished. I'm going to read the next book, just to see what happens. I'm intrigued with the synopsis. And it sounded like the creepy hot guy (I think his name was Bryce) will be making an appearance so I gotta see sexy protective Reese.
I'm not sure if I'll make it to book three though. After reading about Brooke in here... geez! She sounds like a drunk whore who needs to get her shit together. I don't think I would be able to handle her for an entire book. I could barely handle her in this one and it was a small part.

Two words...Wedding hookups. Everyone has had one right? You drink, you dance, you flirt, you hook up, and never see that person again. Perfect! Dylan Sparks, the feisty, tell it like it is, no nonsense owner of a fabulous bakery, is ready for her wedding hook up. At the wedding (of her ex-boyfriend no less), Dylan falls into the lap of one gorgeous Reese Carroll, and instantly both are ready to let the good times roll.
This fun sexy read has Dylan wanting to keep things casual while Reese is trying to keep her from running away. The witty cast of characters involve a fantastic gay assistant, a wonderful best friend, and group of sexy CPA's. This is one romance that made us swoon, and the hot sex was off the charts.
We gave it 4.5 sighs.

Do I Wanna Know? by The Arctic Monkeys
Well this book sure was a fun read! Was it filled with sex? Yes. Did it make me laugh on more than one account? Definitely. Does it have a bunch of misunderstandings thrown in that made me want to punch both of them? You bet. And yet somehow, I loved every minute of it.

Reese and Dylan hook up at a wedding and decide to keep a monogamously causal relationship. Basically, friends with benefits with a little more in the mix. There are feelings but of course they are no spoken upon and it seriously annoyed me how dense Dylan could be about it. I mean hello?! The songs he dedicates to her? Are you dumb or just that oblivious?! He couldn't have made it any more clearer how he felt without actually going to her and saying he wanted her to have his babies. Of course he could've just done tat to begin with to save everyone a hell of trouble but...
Anywho, this book was the perfect blend of sweet romance and sexy, dirty times. Seriously, Reese sure knows what he's doing in the bedroom if you know what I mean

I could do without the unnecessary drama but overall I really enjoyed this book and I look forward to reading more books from this author!

This book has a lot of slapping and a lot of sex, with a little bit of plot thrown in along the way.
Written is single POV, this book relies heavily on the miscommunication trope. The heroine thinks she knows what the hero wants, so she tells him that’s what she wants. There’s a lot of conflict that could easily be resolved with honest communication.
There were some cute scenes along the way, and I enjoyed moments with the rest of the cast of characters.
