Hated the main characters in this book but it had a good story and it was a fast read. Now if Abbi writes a story about Rio I am all about that.

Loved it!

I absolutely loved this book. I finished it in one sitting… the characters and storyline were all phenomenal! 10/10 recommend!

Damaged things can become beautiful if they're placed in the right hands.

I really enjoyed this book. I loved how sneaky Gran was. Henley was a likable character, her mother on the other hand was not. I was not a big fan of Saul. His protective jealously over Henley was a little too much. Though I did feel bad for him when it came to his mother and father. Rio was likable and I cannot wait for his book to come out!

Cute. Short.
The only thing I HATED with all my heart and soul was the lack of information she seemed to have about pregnancy.
That honestly felt outdated, not because I don’t understand that we don’t usually get the same sexual education but my guess that at 21, with internet at her disposal, she would be able to google something! She had Netflix for crying out loud!!!! Anyways, I loved the story and plot!
Saul pissed me off a little bit with the over jealous thing he had going on, but I get it. He was 21, a boy still… and how Rio said, he’s just wired differently.

Possible spoilers!!!!

I absolutely adored Saul and Henley's story and all the interesting twists that come along with it. Abbi Glines does not disappoint once again. I enjoyed the slower pace of the beginning of the book because it gave a mood that there would be a lot unfolding, and unfolding it did! So many unknown connections, untold stories, and lessons learned from a well planned list Honey leaves her grand daughter. I really enjoyed how it related to what is going on in today's world, it made it more relateable. I love the authors writing style, it always flows in a way that makes you get lost in the story and the characters which is exactly what I did with this story. The only thing I would have liked was to have Will's death incorporated more. I liked it played a part in why she came to do the list left for her, but it would have been nice for it to be as much a part of the story as all of Sauls secrets. I really enjoyed their story overall and truly hope she adds onto theirs was she has with other series in the past.

This one was interesting with all the layers and surprises that were being revealed in Henleys world. I found I liked her, and I liked Rio, but I wasn't that sure about Saul tbh. A lot of small town mysteries and hurts in this one, along with people trying to sort themselves and their futures out. Enjoyed discovering this story and would recommend.

I don’t even know where to begin.

I had a hard time getting through this story. The plot was very promising so I kept pushing myself to finish. But I found myself losing interest at some parts and kept skimming through others.

I absolutely loved the Rosemary Beach series and read almost everything by Abbi Glines. But after so many books, I feel like I’m reading a different scenario of the same boy and girl…over and over again. It’s the same damaged boy with jealousy issues and a new girl in town who instantly fall in love. I think the characters could have been explored a little more in depth. Perhaps they could have had more meaningful moments getting to know each other. I don’t know =/ but the story was very cute and did bring moisture to my eyes at a point or two.

Aside from that, I don’t think Abbi Glines’ writing is bad at all and I’m sure she will, once again write another story I will love in the future.
