One of my favorite romances of all time. This series, this couple, these characters and this world are phenomenal to me and will always be five star reads, no matter how long they are.

Super cute and quick! Loved seeing more of calla and Jonah❤️

I have a stream of happy tears down my face. The most perfect ending to Calla and Jonah. I don’t think I will ever get enough of this world K. A. Tucker created. Can I give a book more than 5 stars?

Anyone else see buffalo plaid and immediately think of Jonah, or is that just me?!

The Simple Wild series has captured me from book one, and I get that warm and fuzzy feeling every time I think of these books and characters. It almost feels as if I know them now.

Forever Wild was definitely highly anticipated for me, and gosh was I not disappointed. It was everything I wanted and needed and more! I loved every single second, and a part of me wishes it could have been longer! I won’t go into details why as I don’t want to spoil anything for anyone who hasn’t read it yet, but if you haven’t, what are you waiting for?!

I was so excited to hear that Dr. Marie is getting her own story and can’t wait to catch up with the adventures the other characters have been on through this.

"Forever Wild" is a short novella that brings the story of Calla and Jonah to a close, before readers can find out if Marie will find her happily-ever-after in the Alaskan Wilderness.

I was disappointed by this one: I love Roy's character, and he is a major part of this story, but I didn't get the closure I was hoping for (unless, of course, there is more about Roy in book 3? Or future books? I hadn't considered that until now...) Additionally, (SPOILER ALERT) this book is supposed to be about Calla and Jonah's wedding, and takes place at Christmas, which usually scores extra points with me because who doesn't love a feel-good Christmas romance, but this fell a bit flat. There is a lot of lead up, and then the actual event takes place right at the end of the book, without a lot of description. I would have liked that part to be longer.

Jonah continues to redeem himself with me- I ended up loving his character and thought he developed well over the series. Calla also grew up and matured and I liked seeing their progress. I loved the descriptions of Calla and Jonah's home in Alaska and all the work they put into getting it the way they wanted. I wanted to see the cabin and found myself googling Alaskan airbnbs!

Overall, I'm glad I read the series and I enjoyed it!
