I received a complimentary copy of Remission and am voluntarily reviewing.

Remission is a delicious slow-burn romance, and the wait was worth it. Martinez delivered the perfect amount of chemistry and heat, while delivering up drama and pain. Carolina is one of the most relatable female leads I’ve encountered in a while. Hector is already sexier than sin, but his willingness to put Carolina’s reputation and career before his desires took him to a new level.

Overall, I loved Remission and I’m looking forward to what Martinez has in store for us in the future!

I voluntarily reviewed a arc copy of this book.

I really enjoyed this book as it was a really interesting book that hit with a wave of emotions. The twist that happened in this hurt so much and then it was followed by things that made me smile. I loved the characters and the banter that had between them as it was so beautiful to see. This book also spoke abuse as one of the side stories so please be warned. I definitely recommend this book as it cave me some hope for the future of cancer treatment and it gave me a well developed love story.

Dueling Docs

Hector and Carolina were just what the doctor ordered. Their banter, their back and forth, the years of wondering, and the beauty of why she became a doctor in the first place. I wanted to find Dr. Stuart and give him a piece of my mind for ALL the trouble and heartache he caused both them and me.
