My fourth read for the Book Junkie Trials, The Draconic Isles.
I loved to get another glimpse into G.R.R. Martins writing and to see the legend of the Ice Dragon.

This had a much sadder ending than I was expecting. Not sure it was a good sad ending.
Lovely, melancholy, slightly distant from the reader. And more than anything I'm convinced ice dragons (or an ice dragon) will have a role to play in The Winds of Winter.

Sad and wholesome fairytale. I wonder if GRRM has trouble finishing ASOIAF because he'd rather write stories like this.
Jeste to jedna bajkovita priča.

4.5 stars. this was great! while I’ve watched every season of Game of Thrones, this was my first George R. R. Martin book. I loved Adara, the story, and the illustrations. I love dragons so much. it was really intriguing and the ending was sad. reading it while listening to the Game of Thrones soundtrack adds so much intensity. I just wish the ending was different.
