This one has been on my TBR for a long time and was a perfect kindle unlimited read. I liked reading astrology incorporated within romance, which isn’t something I’ve read often. I just love a sapphic rom-com and am a total sucker for a fake dating trope, it’s so fun to see the characters start to fall for each other. However, I didn’t feel super connected to these characters and don’t think they’ll stay with me, although did enjoy reading about them and was rooting for them to be together. I do love side characters and did love Margot and Brendon ❤️ this one was fun, relatable, emotional, charming, witty and sweet to read. A generally predictable rom-com but enjoyable and I would recommend.

if hurt comfort was a book
A queer modern retelling of Pride and Prejudice? I’m here for it. There were a few odd choices but over all I enjoyed it and I’ll definitely read the next in the series.
I really enjoyed it and the romance was cute but the big drawback was that it just ends
The beginning was cute and great and I was having a great time. Then I realized there was no building up in their romance and even though they just met they seemed really into each other and it made them get together really dull. Also their conversations were so clunky and boring, which brings me to repetition. They said the same things to each other over and over. I heard about their insecurities and trauma so much and it wasn’t even interesting trauma and insecurities. Same with their interactions they said the same things about their eyes and hair and freckles and I was just so sick of it I started only reading the dialogue for the last 75 pages.
That being said there were definitely cute moments that kept me going and if it was just shorter and had more things happen it would have been so much better
Tik tok stop lying
