Honestly one of the best books I’ve ever read. Super engaging and tense. The first book is set up beautifully for the second. I would honestly say the first one is the better book with the description of the magic system, the characters, and The Nightmare (one of the best characters I’ve ever had the pleasure to read about). Nonetheless, book 2 is still elegant and a must read.

Very satisfying conclusion to the duology!
I really enjoyed the Nightmare in this book, I loved how everything came full circle and we got a hea here, this world was such a fun and interesting system to read!
