This was a super cute cozy mystery! So glad it was recommended over at Words & Whimsy Book Club. The characters were so fun. An ex-CIA agent for a Granny must be so much fun to have! I would drill her about all her missions. I will definitely be continuing the series and can't wait to see more of Secret Agent Granny!

This was a cute little ready. Super fast and really entertaining. Granny is just the best and her adventures are so much fun to follow along with. If you need a palette cleanser after a deep read this series is totally perfect.

Several different people recommend this series to me and I wasn’t disappointed. I blew through the first seven in no time! I cannot wait the read the rest. I just love Barbara!

I am not a fan of the CIA so I don't usually read books about former or current CIA operatives. However, this book had a great premise, a 70 year old former CIA agent, now grandmother to a teen, solves a murder mystery.

It is a fun book and this edition was especially so because of the narrator, Sarah Morsey, herself in her 60s. It lends a note of authenticity and reminiscence to the book which only serves to enhance its appeal.

This is the first in a series. I am not sure if I will go back for more but this one was nice.

As an ex-CIA agent, and forced to retire, Barbara is bored. That is until one of her friends is murdered right in front of her. Now she is on a mission to find out who did it and why. Barbara is a fun character and the story is well written.

Quick, light read.  Funny cozy mystery. I loved the main character’s relationship with her grandson, although fictional, relatable. The ending was kind of predictable, but not so much that I couldn’t enjoy the book.
