Overall Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Siobhan Davis has this way about her romances. Her voice is indelible. When you pick up one of her trilogies (this seems part and parcel for her), these are the attributes guaranteed:
*Bullyish romance
*Moment after moment of action-packed romantic suspense that leads you from page to page
*A heroine that can fall, somehow, for the hero who does everything short of physically abusing her, and she’s stalwart and insightful to overcome the challenge of the story.
*A hero who is brought to his knees upending the horrible way he treats the heroine.
*A psychology behind her storytelling that speaks to the most guttural parts of humankind and inverts the trajectory of her story, finding that happy ending and psychological completion in each of her characters.
Davis’s newest book, Rebellion, the second book of The Sainthood – Boys of Lowell High series, is no different. From its first page to its last, the action does not stop. Add to that a healthy dose of “down and dirty” $ex, and you find yourself engaged in the book. Since this is a reverse harem book, someone is always “hooking up” with someone, but this book delves deeper into the emotional hurts and health of its characters. As the story progresses, Harlow must deal with her feelings for the guys who she believes betrayed her, while fighting her insatiable lust for them.
In this book, we earn more of her story with Theo, and there is a reckoning with Galen. As all of this emotional upheaval occurs, the underlying story of taking down Sinner continues. At the end of Rebellion, we are, once again, left with a BIG cliffhanger that places several lives in the balance.
As you turn each page of this book, Siobhan Davis shows why her readers love her: she keeps you guessing until the end. There are times in her books when I wish I didn’t have to suspend my disbelief so much. There are instances that happen that require a healthy dose of denial. However, her books read like your favorite Netflix drama. Right now, I have no idea how she will bring down Sinner, a most heinous villain, how Harlow and the guys will see their future, and how there can be a happily-ever-after. I do know that I will be reading the final book in this trilogy, Reign. Once she grabs you with her edge-of-your-seat romantic suspense and her heady bedroom scenes, Davis catches you with your hook and won’t cast you out until the very end.

Rebellion by Siobhan Davis is a dark enemies-to-lovers reverse harem romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Ramona Master and Wen Ross. This is the second book in The Sainthood Boys of Lowell High series.
I absolutely love this series and it just keeps getting better and better! Siobhan does an amazing job pulling me into the story. I love the chemistry between Harlow, Saint, Galen, Caz, and Theo. I really enjoyed getting Harlow, Galen, Theo, and Caz’s points of view throughout the story. It really brought the story to life. The book does end on an amazing cliffhanger. I can’t wait to dive into the final book in the series Reign.
Ramon and Wen did an amazing job on the narration. They both know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the near future.
I would highly recommend this series if you love dark romance, enemies-to-lovers, reverse harems, or romantic suspense.

After finishing book one, I had to get onto reading this. The cliffhanger just had me. And you know what, the cliffhanger of this one has got me even more.
I wasn't a massive fan of the first book. I liked it, but it had its issues. I enjoyed this one more but still didn't love it. I feel like we got a better sense of all the characters and who they are. Which I loved but I also feel like there is a lot going on. It's made it hard for me to not only keep up with all the characters but the storylines as well. Because of this I also feel that some storylines have been lost. I'm hoping the next book picks up these, but there is just a lot going on.
The romance took a bigger space in this book and I enjoyed that a lot more. There are still some tense moments, but it was really nice seeing them speak with one another. There are some little hints in this one that has made me even more excited to read the last book.
Overall, I enjoyed this book much better than the first and I cannot wait to continue with the last book soon.

Ahhhh wtf dude! A cliffhanger!!! Please tell me the Sarah thing was a diversion to trigger the explosion if not I swear to God I’m going to cry. Anyway this book was a little bit slower than the last one so I didn’t like it as much but I did like the character development between the boys and Harlow. I also really liked hearing about Theo and Harlow‘s past finally and then also Galen and Harlow‘s past because that’s such a big thing in the books and it’s so detrimental to their relationships. I love that one of the guys is gay but only likes One female and that is Harlow, that’s kind of sweet and he also has a crush on one of the guys and that guy secretly knows and is waiting for him to confess his feelings. I’m excited for that to happen in the next book in to see how those two relationship progresses as well as all of the guys relationship with Harlow. So much shit is going down in these last three chapters that I’m just like what the fuck. I’m waiting for sinner to die because he’s a fucking asshole and I hate him. So let’s see if Siobhan breaks my heart in the next book.
ughh i love them so much. Seeing their relationship develop is just perfect. they are finally together!! and the hints of Theo and Caz are killing me I need them to get together!!! Seeing the way the guys reacted to Lo being okay made me so happy. they care about her soooo much. The book was so quick I wanted it to be longer!! the end through me for a loop!
