At least it's short. The narrator for the girl was just awful. AJ Cook was good.

AJ Cook did amazing at narration, the breaking protocol killed me but such an interesting story

Really good book. Really enjoyed the audiobook. I just took the ending a little personal because as a mom absolutely nothing my kids could do would make me love them any less.

This was my first Lucinda Berry and it did not disappoint. Thanks to Libro.fm for letting me grab it early, it was an evocative audiobook experience that explored heavy, gut wrenching topics and did so well, in my opinion. I appreciated the set up, the characters, the way the story unraveled and if you’d popped in on me, mid read, you would’ve heard me exclaiming “OH MY GOD” as things progressed.
