Compelling and unique. This story was just as long as it needed to be. Other publishers might force the story to traditional book length. I’m grateful that this author did not succumb to any of that pressure and simply gave the story the amount of space it needed to be told.

This was quite a suspenseful story for such a short book. I enjoyed this look at the darker side of motherhood, the side bo one wants to think about. While it was a tough subject, it was incredibly realistic and felt as if I was fully immersed in the story. It was a great audio production worth listening to!
