It's ok, but I think we need to move on to the ending. Where did Barrons go?

Wow what a wonderful continuation of the series! I love the writing style.

I love the character growth of Mac and her ever-evolving 'relationship' with Barrons. I'm happy to know that there will be some joy in this story for Mac at some point and this is by far my favorite fever book thus far. Wouldn't change a thing about these books. A MUST read!

Very dark and depressing.

I sort of hate Barrons after finishing this book. I'm withholding total judgment though until I read the next two!

I'm almost too scared to read what is going to happen next!

Okay it was pretty good. But I can't remember exactly what this one was about and where in the story was cause I blazed through them so quickly but.

4.5

A cliffhanger! Argh.

A cliffhanger! Argh. Otherwise awesome. Start next book immediately. Digging this new take on the world of the Fae and the Irish backdrop.

I wish it was possible to give half stars on Goodreads. This book would EASILY have gotten a three and a half. Better then a three but not sure I'm ready to go up to four.

As with any other review, I won't rehash the whole plot, but will just give my simple thought. If you can make it through the end of this book then you had better damn well have Dreamfever ready and waiting on your nightstand to pick up!

Faefever is easily worth four for the action, suspense, just overall on the edge of your seatedness that it contains. I had to knock it down (in my mind to three and half) because I could just NOT be ok with how this book ends. I know I'm not alone there. What's worse, is I can even see WHY Karen Marie Moning did it! Story-wise...I can get there. Woman-wise...not gonna happen.

I don't want to really say anything else. I'm going with four stars because this book made me FEEL and any book that can do that deserves the extra half. I don't know if any of the Fever books will be a five for me based solely on the fact that Moning rehashes EVERY plot point in EVERY book to death. I get it. I read the book before this. Why else would I have picked this one up?! I don't need to info-dumping all over the place. Really my only real complaint so far in the series :)
