That cliff hanger always gets me! This series is just the best and now on to the next book.

So far I've been strung along in this bullshit series on the hopes of learning just a little bit more about Barrons and that Mac would somehow evolve into a character. And what do we end up with? Rape as a fucking plot device. Fuck this series.

This series continues to amaze me. I want to trust Barrons, but sometimes I don't. I want to believe that V'lane isn't a liar, but because I want to love Barrons so much, I discount him. I hate Rowena. I have no words for how much I hate her.

The ending of this book didn't surprise me. Mac's arrogance was going to catch up with her at some point, and I just KNEW that she'd crack and eat more Unseelie. However, that being said, I was deeply disturbed. She was raped by four Unseelie Princes. It's horrifying.

I have faith though! Mainly because I've spoiled myself, and know how things end up. Kind of. Anyway, I loved it.

i just need to keep reading. this is like the most addictive shit ever. and yeah, i am fully aware of its questionable literary value, but is that really why we are all gathered here? exactly.

Okay, so my love for this series has not diminished. It's actually gotten borderline obsessive. I'm starting to worry about what the heck I'm going to do with myself once I finish. haha!I have become so completely wrapped up in this 'world' that it's all I can think about half the time!

Expect a doozy of an ending and an immediate desire to scoop up book four (which is what I'm doing ... right now.) :)

These are a 3.5 star series for me. There were definite points where I found Mac boring, but of course that was made up for by the good writing and character development over the 5 books. I highly recommend the series for anyone who likes paranormal romance. This is a solid showing that will always have a place with me.

Mac

This series just keeps getting better. And I love the new characters Dani, Inspector Jayne and I'm still a little unsure about Christian. I loved the story.

Having just finished Faefever just moments ago, I'm not sure how I feel about the ending. Yes, it was hinted at, and at times pretty blatantly foretold, but still it left me reeling and yes. Still eager for more. I doubt that more than a few minutes will past after I finish writing this review before I pick up the next installment.

I am thankful that the book is already published and available, I can't imagine having to wait months for it to come out, given how it ended.

Much of my comments on the previous books in the series still hold true. Mac continues to grow as a character, becoming that much more bad-petunia with each one. Jericho somehow becomes even more of a jerk, and at times I just so badly want to throttle him. V'lane, who I didn't take to at all really at the start of the series is starting to gain more favour, and I love all the twists and turns. It isn't only Mac that is growing as a character, but those around her too.

This book in the Fever series started out pretty slow, I really thought it was going to be a ?move the story along" book with no major events. It starts with Mak doing a lot of alliance building and not much else. However, the last few chapters of the book have a lot of action and the ending is a real cliff hanger. This book is also a touch darker than the rest have been. It will be interesting to see where it goes from here.
