There was a particularly disturbing scene near the end of the book, that's why I'm marking this one lower than the previous books in the series.
I love the character development across this series, but DON'T read this one unless you have the next one handy . . . ends in the middle of a cliffhanger climax!

Her zamanki gibi bu kitapta Mac ile doluydu.Biraz daha Barrons görsek fena olmazdı.Sahi bu adam gündüzleri nerelerde sürtüyor?Bu adam ne?İyi mi kötü mü?Mac'i ne zaman yatağa atmayı planlıyor.Burada meraktan ölmekteyiz sayın Barrons!
Kitapta bol bol Vlane'ni gördük.Mac'i alıp alıp götürüyor farklı diyarlara.Ve ne zaman getirse geri Barrons onları hep sarmaş dolaş yakalıyor.Püf!Her ne kadar ben o adam değilim dese de kıskanıyor muyuz acaba?Adam buz belli etmiyor ki hislerini.Keşke onun dilinden de okusak hikayeyi.
Seri yer yer eğlenceli, adrenalin dolu, karmaşık ve her an birşeyler olacak duygusuyla doluydu.O duyguyu son sahnelere doğru had safhada yaşıyoruz orası ayrı.Mac bir yandan doğru şeyi yapmaya çalışırken bir yandan da düşmanlarından kurtulmaya çalışmakta.Tabi dost kim düşman kim o bile belli değil.Lord M., Barrons,Vlane ve Rowena.Herkes onun peşinde, herkesin bir isteği var.Peki hangisinin niyeti iyi?
Bu kitapta bol olay var!Bazı şeyler yavaş yavaş ortaya çıkıyor.Kim kimdir, neden bu hallere gelmiştir, melunlar nasıl var olmuş ve neden hapsedilmiş...Ama öyle bir son yazmış ki yazar siz sona yaklaştıkça büyük ihtimalle bunların hepsi ikinci plana geçiyor.Benim için öyle oldu.Aklımda kalan tek şey şimdi ne olacak?Ve bu Barrons NİRDE?Dublin karanlıklar içinde.Ve Mac...ona ne olacak?

This is what a suspense book is supposed to be! I'm so glad all the books are already published so I can just zip through the series. I can't seem to recall what events happened in which book because, at the rate I'm reading them, the whole thing is just one gigantic book. Faefever is one of those frustrating books that the dark fantasy genre almost requires, usually by the middle of the series. Mac is inundated by one obstacle after another. I almost want to scream, "Throw her a bone already!"
That's what I like about the series though. The mystery, the suspense, the infuriatingly hidden secrets. Seriously! What the heck is Barrons? Gigantic cliffhanger! Be wary and get the fourth book, Dreamfever, ready at your side when you finish this one. Shocking ending! What makes a good book is when the reader feels intensely for the MC. I was shocked, revolted, and angry for Mac. Though I disliked Mac in the beginning, I increasingly find her admirable and one of the most unique characters out there. She definitely gets my nod of approval if she survives with her head held high by the end of the series.
Though I usually prefer to read more humorous and less intense stories, the complexity of the plot and the quality of the writing leaves me highly impressed with Moning so far. A five star book for me.
