Might have been a handful of good take aways. But there was a huge fixation on health with no backing of how anything health works and speaking continuously on weight as one of the biggest markers of health. which it's not.... It felt a bit like there was a word count needed so we kept being up topics that were already mentioned rather than adding worthwhile content

Really enjoyed this book and it changed the mindset around anxiety. Starting to implement and looking forward to implementing more of this book in my day to day life.

The answers to most of our questions are simple, but hard. He gives straightforward advice and it all hit me like, “duh! Of course!.” I really enjoyed the audio. He brings together so many ideas that I’ve learned over the last few years and says it all simply and directly. He reminds us that we need connection and security to feel safe and that affects our anxiety. He encourages us to listen to those whispers and face down the things that scare us. Anxiety is an alarm and we’re meant to listen to it and tackle those tough things. He gave a lot of practical advice that made so much sense. Definitely in line with attachment theory and what we know about the brain.
