I will have it known that at the top of the cover is says, “Easily 13/10. Funny, lovely, romantic, drenched in nostalgia, it made me extremely happy”

I will have it know that it did not make me extremely happy. It made me feel all the feels.

This book is all of the characters standing on a landmine waiting to see who jumps off first.

This book really surprised me in a good way. At first, the main character felt shallow and selfish (she was written to be that way in some ways). The chaos and fervor of youth is so clear, and the journey to finding what is right for you. The reckoning with your past and your present, and holding fast to people you love is so good. I loved the audiobook, and really just loved the whole story. Would recommend looking up trigger warnings.

I didn’t know what this was about before starting. I thought it had elements of mystery?? Anyway I tried but couldn’t get into it.
