This book was SO good. I laughed so much. The banter between the main characters was fantastic. Oh and the first time Tristan shows up in Long Island was a masterpiece. I died with laughter because of ALL of the things! He truly was living his worst nightmare.
It begins with Claire Anderson who is a widowed mother of 3 boys. She’s trying to keep everything her husband wished for and worked for alive and going. This book will hit you in gut as well as there is so much heartbreak along the way. The author does a great job of showing lots of emotion that the characters are going through.
I laughed a LOT, I cried and the spice was just enough without taking from the plot. This can be read as a stand-alone but does hint at a few of the characters from the previous book in the series.

I LOVED IT! I loved The Stopover, but this one was even better. Great characters, great plot, all the emotions, and everything you could want in a romance.
Not only was this book everything, but I was literally cackling and crying, it was so funny. Tristan’s first time with the boys had me dying. I couldn’t see through my tears to read.
10/10. So good.

This book literally made me laugh out loud. An ugly, loud laugh. Scream laugh. It was absolutely hilarious. Tristan is absolutely gold. I love him so much. The only reason I give this a 4 is because I’m not a big fan of Claire. Towards the end she was just so annoying. Tristian deserves better. I understand grieving, but thinking he’s a power hunger man wanting to steal her kids is way over the top for me.

Not as good as the first one, mostly because the main character has children and they ran most of the storyline, and I am child-free by choice, so I didn't like it. Other than that, they story line was OK, not as good as the first, but I like how it was longer and more developed than most of the other books I read. The ending was cute and had the prefect happily ever after that I love.
Loved this! It also made me laugh so hard a few times — to my detriment. One time I made the unfortunate decision to take a drink of water while reading, spit water everywhere when I couldn’t contain a laugh, some of it went out my nose and made me choke, which in turn caused me to pee my pants

3.5⭐️ Widowed woman with three sons meets Tristan Miles, millionaire who is in the business of buying media companies. Claire’s husband and her own a media company that she now runs by herself since his passing 5 years ago. It’s in crisis and is on Tristan’s list of companies to purchase. The first time they meet, it does not go well. The second time they meet, sparks fly.
He falls in love with her and her three sons. The writing in this was hilarious when it came to his interaction with her kids. His character growth was tremendous while hers was just meh. Again, a good series to read when you’re waiting for the books you really want to read to become available.

These keep getting better
Ok this is the 3rd book I’ve read in this series. I read them out of order but whatever, these books keep sucking me in. I absolutely loved Tristan and Claire’s story. All the love and even the heartbreak was perfect. I like that I get a good laugh and cry as I read. I’m a little sad that there wasn’t an epilogue but I guess I’ll live. Definitely recommend
