Solid follow up to the first book. I like how we discovered more about wha happened in the past but are still trying to figure out the present day. Def will keep me reading (or listening!)

During the first book i noticed that the writing style is detailed, overdetailed. Some things that are described are of no use for the story (I love holly jackson and everything mentioned there is important unlike here). However, the plot was great. I liked this book a lot more than the first one and enjoyed reading it

Pleasantly surprised by this one. I didn’t like the first one at all, but was curious about the mystery, so I decided to read this one, and it was pretty fun. The reveal was kinda predictable, it was my guess since the first book, but the story developed well.
