I lovedddd this book! It addresses an issue in the world that is not talked about enough. It was so suspenseful it had me flying through the pages. I could not have been more satisfied and happy with the ending. Brilliantly done, a story that needed to be told.

I enjoyed this book!! It started a little slow, but then it definitely picked up. While a little far fetched, it was an engrossing read. Trigger warning for domestic violence. At the end, it was a page turner for sure.
this was a fun, quick read! i read this one in a day because i didn't want to put it down until i finished it. the reader knows what's happening as it happens, which is something i typically don't like in thrillers, but i thought it was done well in this one. i think having the detective point of view helped because it was interesting reading from his perspective as he's trying to figure everything out. i'm happy with the ending and what happened (or didn't happen) with the two main characters.
