Finders Keepers kept me excellently engaged in the Bill Hodges Trilogy by adding a new layer whilst keeping the old villain fresh in my mind. It allowed Holly and Bills characters to continue to develop together while keeping old friends Jerome and Barbara around too.

didn't enjoy this one as much as the first in the series.Might be because the characters from the first book don't show upto halfway through this one

I can not believe this is my first Stephen King's book!

Good follow up in the series. Enjoyed it.

Pure storytelling!

What would you do if you found a buried treasure? I'd invest the money in a sensible array of stock and bond indexes. I'd also hire Billy Joel or Lang Lang to give me piano lessons.

This is the second installment of the Bill Hodges detective series and I do have to say that overall it was pretty good. If I have any gripes it would be that there has to be some kind of price associated with finding such a thing. Things just don't work out neat and clean in the real world. Also, I really don't like when villains are undone by their obsession. I know to some extent that they all are but it was really overt in this case. Lastly, why write a book from a realistic viewpoint and then throw in the paranormal aspect towards the end? This is all minor nitpicking though. As I said I enjoyed the story and the return of the characters from Mr. Mercedes and look forward to reading the next book.
