I’m so happy that Harry Whittaker was able to finish this book for his mother. He did a fantastic job bringing Lucinda’s series to a close.

Pa Salts story was incredible and well worth waiting for.

What a emotional, heart breaking and fantastic last book in this series.

Pa Salt is the most remarkable character in any book I’ve have ever read. His story in this final chapter of the Seven Sisters series just answered all the questions the previous books posed and so,so,so much more.

From his beginnings, across countries, times and places the story of Pa Salt swept you into his life, his loves and his experiences, by his side the emotions I felt as the secrets all clicked into place made me spend so much time trying to work out what was going to happen next. His kindness was just such an important part of the book, it’s central to his character and makes the reader think about their own actions and how important it is. I loved his early life and the people he came into contact with and the fabulous plotting and interwoven stories was perfect.

To be back in the D’Apliese family was wonderful and watching the sisters understand the history of their father and ultimately their role in his life was heart warming. Those close to Pa Salt and their loyalty to him was a measure of the character he was absolutely described as, and the settings again took you across the world, and home to Atlantis where it all began in book one.

An amazing book, I think a very fitting and wonderful end to the series and I am heartbroken my journey with them has ended. I will no doubt re-read the series as it’s without doubt my favourite series of all time. An epic journey and the characters will last long in my memory. My most anticipated read of 2023 lived up to and beyond my expectations.
