Can someone please tell me why there is a story riddled with anagrams, where there's a man with the name Kreeg Eszu (which is an anagram of Greek Zeus) and that turns out to be HIS ACTUAL NAME?
Also his parents being Cronus and Rhea is the most unbelievable thing of this entire series.
The story of Pa Salt does tie up nicely in this last book of the series. The adoption of these seemingly random children made sense all of a sudden.It is very strange how Horst and Rupert requested such a thing from him, though. Everything about those adoptions felt a little iffy, but maybe that's because it was the late 80s-early 90s.
Some of the connections were unexpected, but the ones in Granada and NYC were very on the nose. Why else would those specific scenes have been mentioned in those books? It did not remember the run-in in the Pearl Sister though, so idk what happened there.
The only thing that didn't really get resolved for me was Zed's creepiness towards the sisters.Also what is up with Ally and getting pregnant as soon as she meets a man.
I, and many other I assume, had already figured outabout Pa Salt being alive , so that wasn't much of a surprise. I couldn't believe that no one was really that angry about the lying.
It was evident that this book was not written by an experienced author, so some sentence structures were odd. The balance between magic and reality was also a little confusing.And also, damn, Electra was addicted to heroin as a child. Why did no one tell her to help her prevent her own addiction.
