DNF, 23% done. I picked this one up because I love her other book, Toddlers are Assholes, which I LOVED!
While I didn't hate this book, I just lost interest in it. It's funny and can be relate-able to new moms, but at the same time you kind of want to yell at the character and tell her to suck it up and figure things out. Plus the mommy boot camp piece of it, kind of bothered me, it was almost like a mom shame in a way.

I read this book to fulfil the goal read A book where the main character works at your current or dream job. I laughed out loud so many times. it got to the point where my son actually asked me if i was ok since he had not heard me laugh that much in a long time. so very honest.

Hilarious and real!

This book is amazing! It is so funny and real, and it almost feels like you could be Ashley. I would recommend this book to any mom.

The ending could have been more realistic, but otherwise a great book.

This book was hilarious and super cute. I do feel personally attacked by the main character because I feel like the author was in my house observing my parenting behavior and wrote a book about me! LOL!

Super easy read and very relatable for any mother. Would definitely recommend to all my mom friends who need a good laugh!

Really fun and relatable, audiobook performance is also great. Good summer reading.

This book gets 5 stars for making me smile and laugh, not for being a literary masterpiece. I really enjoyed it and found it very relatable. I know a lot of the 1 star reviews rated it poorly because the characters had no "emotional growth" or whatever, but what were they thinking? This is more of a lighthearted read. The characters are stereotypical, but in an over the top hilarious kind of way. Ashely is a hot mess and it's funny to see her fail, not annoying. The ending was a nice set up for #2 as well.
