Love this book every time I read it but man, the more I grow up the more Becky gets on my nerves.

This felt very formulaic for the first 250 pages, followed by a quick ending with an overly simple resolution. Pretty disappointing.

Okay so this is a really me review, I feel like this book could be better for others HAHA but personally I found the main character SO UNLIKEABLE. She literally did not change or grow until like the 90% point LMAO The character was ridiculous enough that I managed to finish the book but it's safe to say I won't continue the series...

I decided to try this series after reading another Sophie Kinsella book and it did not disappoint. Funny and heartwarming, although Becky Bloomwood reminds me a bit of Amelia Bedelia.
I read this book because I saw that there was a movie about it. I really liked the book (never got around to watching the movie) and was interested to find that it is a series. Maybe one day I will get around to reading them.
