I've known people like the main character in this book; pathological liars with shopping addictions. They are not happy people, and reading a book where you're supposed to be rooting for this kind of woman, watching her NOT overcome her issues and instead get them glossed over by some deus ex machina makes me very uncomfortable. Was this book supposed to be funny? Insightful? Twas neither.

After all the hype of what a great woman's book this is, I found it completely unappealing. The 'heroine' is a complete waste of space who I could not relate to at all.
However, if you like totally preposterous nonsense, this is probably for you.

This was a vacation read and whilst on vacation, I have no reading standards. This was a bit of a fluff. It's was a fast read and the characters were good. I felt a ton of second hand embarrassment for the main character, which I didn't particularly enjoy but it was entertaining enough that I read it in a day. Didn't love it, didn't hate it, probably wouldn't read another in the series.

Its a great book! But compare to the others in the series, its not that great. Less drama. Becky didnt do anything too extreme. But its great! Gotta read it!
