I couldn’t put this book down, it wasn’t what I expected at all. I thought it would be a fun supernatural horror but ended up being so much more exploring womanhood, racism, perfectionism, and how athletics can be so toxic and addictive. I really loved the main characters, the pacing, and descriptions. It really moved me and i’ll be thinking about this book for a while.
