I loved how different this was from the last Karina Halle book I picked up. It was definitely darker than some of her work so check trigger warnings before diving in. I binged it in a day and have zero regrets, that story was fast, gritty and spicy, but with a good HEA!

Karina is an auto buy/read author for me, so when she announced her surprise release it was an absolute yes! As a dark, spicy Viking novella, it 100% delivered 👌🏻 quick and gritty, I devoured this book every time I sat down to read it. My only gripe is that it wasn’t longer, I need more!
